Simply stretch Bando over the waistband of your regular jeans, skirts and trousers for a snug fit.  The wide fabric band offers gentle support to the lower back.  It's made from super comfortable materials that feels soft against the skin.

 

Can also be doubled over and used as a boob tube under strapless and see-through tops.
